At OksyMyr, we pride ourselves on offering unique, personalized products that are handcrafted and of the highest quality. Due to the personalized nature of our garments, we do not accept returns. Our return policy is detailed below:

Customized Products

1. Returns are not accepted: All our products are custom made and personalized to our customers' specifications. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products once they have been made.
2. Order Confirmation: Antes de proceder con la elaboración de su prenda, nos aseguramos de confirmar todos los detalles del pedido, incluyendo medidas, colores y diseños específicos. Le pedimos que revise cuidadosamente todos los detalles antes de la confirmación final.

Exceptions

1. Manufacturing Defects: In the unlikely event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects or errors made by our team, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will review each case individually and, if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed to repair or replace it at no additional cost.
2. Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, we ask that you contact us immediately with photographs of the damage and the original packaging. We will work with the shipping company to resolve the issue and offer you an appropriate solution.

Claim Process

1. Initial Contact: To initiate a claim for manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please email hello@oksymyr.com with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear photographs of the defect or damage.
2. Claim Review: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a response within 5 business days.
3. Solutions Offered: If manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will offer product repair or replacement, whichever is more suitable.
